GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION GDPR - GIVING DATA PROPER RESPECT

With effect from 25th of May 2018 the European general Data protection regulation provides  greater protection for your rights with regards to the way in which your personal data is handled.

I am a member of the ICO and my setting ABChildcare is committed to the protection of all protection of personal data and special category, personal data for which I am the the data controller.

I may change this statement from time to time to reflect privacy or security updates. All images on my site has been approved with signed consent forms from all parents.

Why I collect and use your personal data.

Personal information is collected to enable myself to provide a range of services to local people and businesses as required to fulfil my duties under uk legislation.

The GDPR rules for ‘special’ categories of information do not apply to information about criminal allegations, proceedings or convictions. Instead, there are separate safeguards for personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences.

• children and parents

• students and pupils 

• people captured by CCTV images
