About me
My name is called Natalie Crossley, I am a registered practitioner, married and have a son who’s just started the secondary years. I have moved to Greenford in Wadham Gardens in April 2021. My setting is in my back Garden in my annex. I started my journey of childcare by volunteering at Wembley primary children’s centre where I looked  after babies and toddlers while their mum were studying English and maths next door. I really enjoy looking after kids so I decided to do a Homebase childcare course then followed up by doing my Level 3 diploma for children and young people workforce. Aiming to do my foundation degree. I have passed my SENCO training course in June 2021. I have a paediatric first Aid qualification and food safety certificate. I am a member of Pacey, with a good grade first time with Ofsted from 2010. graded good again in January 2016. Ealing council children and families have accredited me to care for NEG 2, 3 & 4 year olds free government funding. Also the new 30 hours for 3 year olds  for working
parents.
About me
I take my chosen occupation very seriously and try to take any steps which I feel will increase my effectiveness as a Registered practitioner and improve the service I provide.  Therefore, I am always keen to update and refresh my knowledge through relevant training courses.
The children are happy, safe and always learning something new. I have lovely parents that are happy to share their children developments at home.
